The IP Contingency Consortium was formed to address the ever increasing need for clients to
enforce their intellectual property rights on a cost effective basis. This means that the Consortium can enforce your
IP rights on a contingency basis.
As the Consortium members typically partner with clients on a contingency basis, there
is a need for clients and/or the Law Firm Members to be able to fund the costs (as opposed to attorney fees) of litigation.
Consequently, financing sources are available to Consortium Law Firm members and clients to
assist in the financing of litigation costs.
